Our content

Everything we publish is for general information. It is journalism and analysis, not investment, legal or engineering advice, and you should not make commercial decisions on it without your own verification. We work hard to be accurate and correct errors quickly, but we make no warranty that content is complete or current.

Our articles, guides, reports and tools are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, scrape the site for commercial redistribution, or resell our content without written permission.

Free tools

The calculators on our Tools pages produce indicative estimates from the inputs you provide. They are screening tools, not financial models, and we accept no liability for decisions based on them.

Report purchases

Reports are licensed, not sold. A standard purchase covers use within the buying organisation; it does not permit republication, resale or posting the file publicly. Orders placed through the site are confirmed by email with an invoice; delivery is by email once payment clears. If a delivered file is defective or materially not as described, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it. Custom research is governed by the written scope agreed for each engagement.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

General

We may update these terms by posting the revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts there.
